Archivia Technologies Inc.(“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Commr mobile application and the website at getcommr.com(collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

a. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any display name or profile details you provide. This information is used to identify your account and communicate with you.
b. Voice and Tone Profile
To personalize comment suggestions, you may enter information about your communication style, professional background, platform preferences, and tone preferences. This data is stored in association with your account and is used exclusively to generate content for you.
c. Post Context You Provide
When you use the comment generation feature, you may paste or enter the text of a social media post and any additional context. This content is processed to generate suggestions and may be retained for a limited time to improve response quality.
d. App Usage Data
We automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including device type, operating system version, app version, session activity, feature usage, and error logs. This data helps us diagnose issues and improve the product.
e. Payment and Subscription Status
Commr uses Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or payment instrument details. We receive subscription status information (e.g., active, expired, trial) from these platforms to manage your access to premium features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To generate personalized comment suggestions based on your profile and input.
- To process and manage your subscription and credit balance.

Post content you submit for comment generation may be retained in logs for up to 90 days before deletion.
